For IE 7, 8 and 9
1.	Before you accept cookies, have the client clear the cache.
2.	Click Tools and select Internet Options on the Internet Explorer menu bar.
3.	Click the Privacy Tab on the option menu bar, to open the Privacy Settings.
4.	Click on the Advanced button to open Advanced Privacy Settings.
5.	Click to check mark the box to Override automatic cookie handling.
6.	Under the First-party Cookies title select the Accept radio button.
7.	Click Ok to return to the browser main page.
8.	Exit and relaunch the browser.

For IE 6
1.	From your browser menu located top left-hand corner, select Tools
2.	From the Tools drop-down menu, select Internet Options
3.	From the Internet Options window, select Privacy
4.	From the Privacy tab, move the slider to Medium. Then click on Advanced
5.	Check the box beside Override automatic cookie handling, click on Accept First-party Cookies
6.	Also check the box beside Always allow session cookies
7.	Click OK at the bottom of the Advanced Privacy Settings window.

1.	Click Tools and select Options on the Firefox menu bar.
2.	Click the Privacy Icon on the option menu bar, to open the Privacy Properties.
3.	In the History field - Click on the drop-down and select "Remember history". When Firefox will is set to Remember history - Firefox will accept cookies for sites until they expire
4.	Click Ok to return to the browser main page.
5.	Exit and relaunch the browser.

3.	Click the Privacy Icon on the option menu bar, to open the Privacy Properties.
4.	To the right of the Block cookies: title - Select the Never radio button.

Chrome Users

1.	Click Tools icon and select Options on the Google Chrome menu bar.
2.	Click Under the Hood, and select Content settings under Privacy.
3.	To the right of the Cookies: title - Select the Allow local data to be set (recommended) radio button.
